Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ (or the minimum legal age in their country). Entrants under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate. By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor. If a minor is selected as a winner, the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian, who must accept the prize on their behalf.
All submissions must be created using at least 1 Elan Arts & Crafts product. AI-generated content is not allowed.
Entrants may be required to provide proof (e.g., a behind-the-scenes photo, video, or explanation) that the submission was created using Elan Arts & Crafts products, if requested by the organizers.
Employees of Elan Arts & Crafts, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How to Enter
Entrants must post a photo on Instagram using the official hashtag #ElanCreators
The Instagram account must be public for the entry to be visible.
Limit of one entry per person per month. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
No purchase necessary to enter.
Contest Period
Contest runs monthly, starting on the 1st day and ending on the last day of each month (local time of Netherlands).
Entries submitted outside the contest period will not be considered.
Winner Selection
Winner will be chosen by a judging panel based on creativity,
Decisions are final and binding.
Winner will be announced on Elan Arts & Crafts’ Instagram and TikTok accounts within 7 days after the contest ends.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or TikTok Direct Message. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
Prize
One (1) winner each month will receive a €100 Amazon Gift Card. If someone wins who doesn’t live in a Euro country, it is possible to receive an equivalent gift card of their native currency, rounded to the nearest available gift card amount.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Elan Arts & Crafts, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Rights to Submitted Content
By entering, participants grant Elan Arts & Crafts the right to repost, share, and use their submitted content (photos, videos, captions, hashtags) for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
By accepting the prize, winners agree that their name, Instagram handle, and entry may be used by Elan Arts & Crafts in promotional announcements without additional compensation.
Entrants must only submit content they own and that does not infringe on third-party rights.
Data Protection
Personal data collected (e.g., name, contact details for prize delivery) will be used solely for administering the contest.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
General
This contest and these terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants confirm they understand they are providing their information to Elan Arts & Crafts, not to Instagram or TikTok. Elan Arts & Crafts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if technical failures, fraud, or any other factors beyond control affect the integrity of the contest.
By participating, entrants agree that Elan Arts & Crafts is not responsible for technical issues (e.g., internet disruptions, hashtag tracking errors, account settings preventing visibility).
Elan Arts & Crafts is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or use of the prize.
Entries containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Submissions that depict unsafe or harmful use of the products will be disqualified.
